Overview of Idea

UClass.org gives K-12 students access to a world of possibility by connecting them to their classmates, teachers, parents and other students around the world. Each class has a secure page embedded in a global learning community where students can share, collaborate and build diverse relationships.

The Specifics: How will you use $2,500 to fuel social change through technology?

United Classrooms will launch on July 30 thanks to many committed supporters who believe that in an ever-globalizing world our students deserve a safe place to collaborate beyond boundaries. In order for a diverse community of classrooms throughout America and the world to join the global conversation on UClass, we need to hire a web developer to keep up with the needs of this dynamic network.

Everyday students all over the world will log in from their classrooms and homes to post ideas and questions, message their international pen pals and share photo/video projects — expanding horizons and cultivating understanding. The UClass platform will need to be supervised, maintained, upgraded and inspired. Inspire change. Vote for UClass.
